Supports the Finance Department with analysis, reporting and reporting workflow design. High level of agility and manage multiple projects concurrently is required. Maintains strict organization of recurring business processes and reports. Prepares reports, business presentations and other ad-hoc financial reports as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides analytical reporting support for historical cost and variance analysis for operating and capital expenses.
Prepares budgets and forecasts operating and capital expenses for various entities and business units
Produces recurring and ad-hoc reports to management.
Coordinates payment of invoices with project managers, accounting and treasury staff.
Establishes vendor relationships and credit accounts, coordinates approval on terms with management.
Prepares business document packages for executive approval and signature.
Remains in constant communication with capital project managers and provide back-office support.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; minimum 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Advanced Excel Knowledge, VBA Programming and SQL or Microsoft Access is preferred.
