  • Overview

    Coordinates maintenance, repair, and logistical activities supporting Completions Maintenance client base.  Oversees unit repair statuses, unit release processes, and acts as the RTA subject matter expert. 

    Responsibilities

    Customer Service:  Receive DVIR and failure reports from operations.  Notify appropriate departments as units become available.  Release equipment with completed DVIR book and release form.  Maintain DOT maintenance files.

     

    Work Orders:  Oversees reimbursed labor billing and document processing to support the Business Units assigned.   Prepares work orders in RTA, inputs field work orders, and ensures accuracy.  Assists with “Open Work Order” daily review and ordering of spare parts, etc. to complete jobs on time/target.  Maintains accurate vehicle readiness statuses.

     

    Inventory Management:  Assists with inventory management as required. 

     

    Training:  Helps develop, implement, and adjust RTA training documentation, processes and maintenance service methods Maintenance group.  Must be able to effectively coach/train personnel in the proper opening, documentation, and closing of work orders to ensure accurate information for improved decision making.

     

    Reporting:  Generates reports on RTA trend analysis and cost evaluation for all work completed in Completions Services Maintenance.  Update equipment hours and notify appropriate personnel of units due for preventative maintenance.

    Education and/or Experience                                                  

    One year certificate from college or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    Language Skills                                                              

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

     

    Mathematical Skills                                                     

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

     

    Reasoning Ability                                                          

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

     

    Computer Skills                                                             

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Fleet management software experience is preferable.
