    Summary: Assist on projects to develop and create additional tools and system processes in Revenue and Production that will enhance data integrity and efficiencies.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


    • Assists with projects that will define and/or implement modifications or set-up of data required to increase efficiencies in new or existing Revenue/Production processes. 
    • Assists with required modifications and testing resulting from routine software updates and operational changes.
    • Assists with the development, creation, and maintenance of new reports and analytical tools that can be used to monitor the accuracy of calculations that ultimately feed to financial reports. 
    • Assists Revenue/Production personnel with the creation and population of reports or other tools that can be used to provide large data pulls for audit and legal purposes.
    • Assists Revenue/Production personnel with the creation and population of large imports or modifications of import templates used to make corrections on mass data projects.
    • Assists with the automation of current manual process could result in process streamlining and creation of bandwidth to allow the PRA team the ability to focus on more analytical work where possible as well as to secure data integrity. 
    • Attends meetings with the IT department and other areas within in Finance, Land and other relevant departments to maintain systems cohesiveness and single data sourcing connectivity.

    Education and/or Experience                                                  

    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
