Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees and company vendors. Bilingual skills preferred.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a current State of Texas level I Non-Commissioned Officer license or be able to obtain one.
Must have a valid driver’s license

Ability to maintain control in emergency situations.
Ability to prioritize and rearrange tasks as needed.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Will require working in tight and confined spaces at times. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The employee is occasionally exposed to precarious places; outside weather conditions and moderate to loud noise level.
