    Responsible for assuring for the quality, accuracy and compliance of all the financial deliverables


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    Reporting: Performs monthly reviews of financials involving complex accounting reports. Assists with ad hoc reporting, analysis or projects as required.


    Analyzes: Analyzes complex financial information and provides timely recommendations to management for decision-making. Presents monthly analysis on costs, revenue, and profitability. Performs variance analysis to ensure financial viability of ongoing operations. Analyzes and controls Capex, Inventory, and Projects.


    Financial Planning & Forecasting: Assists with financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of results versus objectives. Manages the completion of monthly financial forecasts and annual budgeting processes for the business segment. Assists in identifying, defining, and implementing internal financial controls.


    Strategic Support: Develops and evaluates business metrics and KPIs. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide financial and strategic support.  Ensures that principled financial due diligence is performed and financially sound decisions are made in pursuit of company directives.

    Education and/or Experience

    Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Language Skills

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


    Computer Skills

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  Experience with Access, SAP, and Enertia is preferred.
