  • Overview

    Maintains inventory to meet the project demands, anticipates future inventory based on operational needs and ensures materials are properly charged through monthly audit checks.

        

    Responsibilities

    • ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (may include other duties as assigned)

      Identifies and acquires materials to support field operations.

      Coordinates project management operations with procurement and engineering to ensure material availability.

      Assists in the preparation, accumulation, and maintenance of material control files

      Creates purchase orders, etc.

      Assists in material control, cost and minimizes surplus.

      Maintains up to date inventories.

      Performs other duties as required.


      Supervisory Responsibilities:

      Directly supervises various employees in the Warehouse. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Language Skills

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

     

    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

     

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

     

    Licenses & certifications

    Valid driver’s license


    Computer Skills

    Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. General computer skills

     

    Other Skills and Abilities

    Oil & Gas industry experience Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment Bilingual- English/Spanish. Able to read, write and speak both languages preferred
