    Summary
    Performs routine administrative support work for assigned department by performing the following duties.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Recordkeeping:  Files and organizes work orders, purchase orders, warehouse orders, accounts receivable, inventory, invoices, vehicle inspections and renewals, internal maintenance logs, payroll / time sheets with ADP. Registers cattle through cattle breed associations.

    Data Management:  Enters and maintains all cattle inventory and medical records through cattle software program, CattleMax.

    Education and/or Experience                      
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language Skills                      
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Mathematical Skills                      
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Reasoning Ability                      
    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Computer Skills                      
    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
    BQA Certification is preferred.

    Other Qualifications                      
    Knowledge of cattle breed association's rules & bylaws
    Knowledge of CattleMax
    Bilingual
