Drives crew vehicle and transports field employees from pickup locations to the job sites. Inspects, cleans and maintains van to ensure safe and reliable operating condition.
Driving: Drives vehicle from central loading areas to job site or other destination according to assigned schedule.
Vehicle maintenance: Fuels vehicle as required from designated fueling location. Cleans vehicle and ensures passengers are not abusing vehicle. Schedules maintenance on vehicle as required
Record keeping: Keeps records of trips and behavior of passengers.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of professional driving is preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Class C driver license with no restrictions.
Passenger endorsement preferred.
Valid DOT medical examiner’s certificate.
Motor vehicle record (MVR) reflecting no convictions for recurring or serious violations or accidents.
Continuously required to drive on lease properties and highways.
Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
Frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste or smell; and talk or hear.
Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and vibration.
Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
Noise level in work environment is usually loud.
