Summary: Supports management with financial analysis, reports and forecasts.
Analysis and Reporting: Aggregates, consolidates and summarizes large volumes of information from different data-sources and synthesizes into concise and well-designed reports. Prepares and delivers reports to management to execute business strategy. Periodically re-assesses reporting and information flow needs and adjusts as necessary. Maintains an intimate understanding of business structure, operations and transactions to provide analysis and reporting support in the following areas:
Finance and Business Support: Manages executive approval workflow for significant capital project transactions. Reviews and manages execution workflow for banking agreements, financing agreements and asset acquisition contracts. Ensures efficient management of cash flow through financial coordination and capital planning with project managers, accounting and treasury staff. Manages and establishes business relationships and credit accounts. Assists with detailed review of documentation for real estate, investment and financing transactions.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field. Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Oil and gas industry experience preferred.
Experience with a GL, Planning, Reporting or Consolidation ERP system.
Understanding of business and organizational structures that have multiple divided interests.
