The IT Professional I will under general supervision, be responsible for many aspects of the company’s information technology infrastructure and supporting the company’s internal resources that rely upon that infrastructure. The position is a generalist focusing on end-user support and less complex IT infrastructure duties.
Key Responsibilities
End User Support: Provides end-user support using the ticketing system to track and document requests. Sets up and installs PCs and desk telephones for new hires. Assist with MFA setup for new hires. Managing and maintaining the file servers
Active Directory Management: Creates Active Directory and email accounts for team members. Adds and removes users to and from Active Directory groups.
Installation and Troubleshooting: Performs software and computer hardware installation including Coax/Cat 5/6 cabling. Troubleshoots video conference system. Troubleshoots computer hardware and performs basic repairs.
