Field Supervisor - WATER SERVICES

As a Field Supervisor, you will lead pumpers and field crews to ensure safe and efficient water transfer operations. Responsibilities include overseeing rig-up/rig-down, managing water wells, coordinating equipment maintenance, and integrating automation systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Supervise and train pumpers and field crews, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.

✔️ Ensure proper setup and teardown of equipment, minimizing downtime and maintaining safety standards.

✔️ Collaborate with automation teams to implement systems for monitoring and controlling water wells, pits, and pumps.

✔️ Monitor flow rates, maintain equipment, and ensure continuous operation aligned with departmental goals.

✔️ Manage pumps, generators, and vehicles, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety protocols.

✔️ Conduct inspections using checklists to confirm equipment functionality and safety readiness.

✔️ Train teams to respond to operational challenges such as burst hoses, pump failures, and overflows.

✔️ Promote a strong safety culture, document incidents, and conduct regular field audits.

✔️ Collaborate with team managers to ensure SOPs and inspection checklists meet operational needs.

Qualifications

About You (Qualifications & Experience)

We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team. Ideal candidates will have:

✅ High school diploma or general degree (GED).

✅ Minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

✅ Certifications in forklift, backhoe, skid steer, and man lift operations.

✅ Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.

✅ Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.

✅ Basic math skills and ability to interpret graphs.

✅ Willingness to work overtime and adapt to schedule changes

✅ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.

 

Your Work Schedule & Hours

⏳Work shifts up to 12 hours

⏳Overtime as needed

⏳5/2 Schedule (work weekends, if needed)

⏳Hours may vary based on operational needs
