The ideal candidate offers basic building and premise maintenance services in office, industrial, and ranch environments to company personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Inspects, identifies, and corrects facility, equipment and system problems to maintain properties and equipment in safe condition, prevent degradation of property and systems, and prevent failures that would cause reduction in service.
Plans and schedules corrective action and preventive maintenance to repair or modify defects and maintain operating condition of facilities, equipment, and systems.
Documents work, work orders, purchase orders, and material list to account for materials purchased and time spent in completing work assigned.
Requests supplies and materials needing to replace materials consumed and assure their availability for assigned projects, scheduled maintenance, and emergency responses.
Reconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts’ modular offices and space to accommodate user needs and maximize office space.
Traveling weekly to various properties.
