FIELD COORDINATOR, WIRELINE

As a Field Coordinator, you will execute the coordination of field operations while ensuring the safety and efficiency of Field Supervisors and Engineers. You will participate in and promote training and development efforts of subordinate staff within the department. You will also operate equipment as required.

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Work to develop and facilitate individual training plans for department. Provide feedback to ensure employee performance is satisfactory or to determine if corrective action is necessary.

✔️ Promote safe work practices and higher standards of performance. Train and develop crews both technically and professionally on a continual basis.  

✔️ Troubleshoot problems, compose failure reports, and recommend use of specialized tools, techniques, and services to ensure timely and accurate solutions.   

✔️ Ensure training programs are effective. Observe performance of operating crews and suggests improvements to training programs, if necessary.  

✔️ Maintain and operate (as required) assigned specialized Wireline equipment.

✔️ Operations support and coordination

✔️ Process improvement

About You (Qualifications & Experience)

We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team. Ideal candidates will have:

✅ High school diploma or general degree (GED)

✅ 10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

✅ 5+ years of supervisory experience

✅ Coordinator experience preferred

✅ The ability to read, write, and analyze reports, correspondence, and procedural manuals.

✅ Advanced math skills

✅ Excellent problem-solving and reasoning abilities

Your Work Schedule & Hours

⏳5/2 Schedule (weekends as needed)

⏳Hours may vary based on operational needs

⏳Required to be on-call
