Overview

Provides direction to on-site third party vendors involved in operations to ensure work is performed according to company specification and in a safe, efficient manner by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with various departments and vendors to schedule Flowback operations.
  • Supervises and ensures safe rig up for high pressure iron.
  • Monitors Flowback conditions and reports to supervisor.
  • Makes adjustments as well conditions require.
  • Monitors hourly reporting and record keeping of jobs.
  • Inspects operations on a daily basis to ensure jobs are being performed to industry standards.
  • Verifies that iron being certified meets annual certification requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities                                                     
Directly supervises varies employees of third party crews. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Skills                                                                
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
 
Mathematical Skills                                                       
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability                                                           
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hydrogen Sulfate (H2S), and Smith Driving course certificates will be obtained during employment.
